A 12.5 bbl brewery (10 bbl when brewing real ale) established in 2017 initially to brew Prussia Lager in collaboration with a partner brewery in Kaliningrad on the Lithuania/Poland border. In January 2018 real ale was added to the range, initially with two core beers Brakeman Best Bitter and Canary Pale Ale, but with the expectation of brewing different seasonal beers throughout the year.

BRAKEMAN BEST BITTER Abv 4%

Warming traditional best bitter with subtle caramel and nutty undertones. Challenger and nugget hops, maris otter and crystal malts.

CANARY PALE ALE Abv 4%

Exceptionally light and sessionable pale ale, with floral hints of citrus and bitterness. Brewed using a myriad of American hops - columbus , chinook and liberty together with extra pale maris otter malt.
