York Christmas Jumpers Social December 2023
The city of York is easily accessible from North Nottinghamshire, just over an hour by car or 40 minutes on a direct train from Retford and by good fortune York is the chosen destination for North Notts CAMRA Christmas Jumpers Social 2023.
A selection of York pubs are recommended (the bus parking at St George's Field taken into account) and a pub route is available for those wanting to stay together as the main group.

Section of map where pubs are close to each other.
The majority are travelling by coach, which will park at St George's Field car and bus park, Tower Street, which is south of the city centre, next to the river, but a few are travelling by train. Everyone doing the pub route meet at the Slip Inn which is the first pub on the pub route due to its proximity to the bus park. If the bus is early the Angel On The Green will be open.
